What is “myTTP ELP”?

myTTP ELP Patient Portal is a secure and confidential way to access your Medical Information online.  It was created to assist you, the patient, in having a more convenient way to be involved in your healthcare actives with your Texas Tech Clinic Community.


Is there a fee to register and use myTTP ELP?

There is no fee to register, our Portal is free to use if you are an established patient in any Texas Tech El Paso clinic.


How do I register for myTTP ELP?

The process to register can only be started during or on your next clinic appointment.  To begin myTTP ELP registration your clinic will issue you a PIN Registration form that will contain instructions on how to complete your enrollment.  Please ask your clinic for more information on how to enroll.


Who do I contact if I have questions about myTTP ELP?

You may contact your clinic for any questions regarding myTTP ELP. To find your clinic contact information click here

For enrollment or PIN issues, patients may email ELP Patient Portal Support at elpasopatientportal@ttuhsc.edu Please include patient Name, DOB, and MRN in email.  


What can I do in myTTP ELP?

Our myTTP ELP features include:

  • Send a Message to Your Clinic
  • Refill a Medication
  • Review your upcoming appointments and appointment history
  • Review your Medical Record
  • Request updates to your Demographic Information
  • Access our Online Bill Pay options


How soon can I see my test results in myTTP ELP?

Test results will be available to view on myTTP ELP almost immediately.  Timeframes will vary depending on processing times by individual laboratories.


Where can I update my personal information (email address, home address, phone number, etc.)?

Once you are enrolled and verified in myTTP ELP, you can log and follow the following steps to update your information:

  1. Click on the ‘My Account’ tab
  2. Select 'Update Personal Information'
  3. Complete all required fields [indicated with *]
  4. Click Next to complete page two [if necessary]
  5. Review your personal information updates
  6. Click Submit


Can I register my children for myTTP ELP?

Patients must be 18 years and older to register and use myTTP ELP services.


How do I pay my clinic bill(s)?

You can access Texas Tech Clinic payment Bill Pay options here:  Payment Options


Can I request Rx Refills?

Yes, once enrolled and verified in myTTP ELP, you will be able to submit a 'Refill a Medication' request from our Message Center tab options.


Can I make an appointment to see my provider?

Yes, once enrolled and verified in myTTP ELP, you will be able to submit a 'Request an Appointment' message, from our Message Center tab options.


What will be my username be?

myTTP ELP recommends your USER ID be in the following format, firstname.lastname (e.g. john.smith).  You may also use your email address as your User ID.  Ultimately, the decision is yours.


How can I change my password?

Once you log in to your myTTP ELP account, you will be able to change your password following these steps:

  1. Click on the ‘My Account’ tab
  2. Select ‘Update Portal Account’ from the options displayed
  3. Click on the ‘Update Password’ link from the list
  4. Click Edit on next to the password option on the ‘Update Account Information’ page
  5. Enter your current password
  6. Enter your new password and confirm it
  7. Click Save


What if I forget my password?

You can reset your myTTP ELP password by following these steps:

  1. Click the 'I Forgot My Password' link on the myTTP ELP login page
  2. Enter your myTTP ELP User ID or Email
  3. Click Reset Password
  4. An email will be sent to the address registered with instructions on how to reset your password


Can I receive a new access code if I lose it, it expires, or I did not receive it?

To guarantee that your information stays secured and confidential, PIN codes will only be given or redistributed during an office visit or next appointment in a Texas Tech Physicians of El Paso Clinic.


What do I need installed on my computer to access myTTP ELP?

All current and up-to-date web browsers are compatible with myTTP ELP.*

*Kryptiq does not support Small Business editions of Windows, but Kryptiq does support 64-bit  operating system and hardware with the 32-bit operating systems listed above.


Is My Medical Record secure?

myTTP ELP is a completely secure and confidential method to access your Texas Tech medical information.  Our Enrollment process guarantees that only you, the patient, will have access to your information.
